Take almost any ingredients and turn it into ice cream, sorbet, milkshakes and more! When this first came out I was a little skeptic. Frozen, healthier treats that actually tasted good and had the right texture?! There was no way. But boy was I wrong. It’s incredible and everyone in my family loves it. We like to prep some vanilla protein containers (they need to be frozen before mixing) and then add our favorite toppings and mix as an after-dinner sweet treat.
This is the vanilla base recipe we love…
1 1/2 cups 2% Fairlife Milk
2 scoops protein powder (I like @cleansimpleeats Vanilla)
1 tsp vanilla sugar free jello pudding mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
